Client case: video streaming - Africa
This start-up (name kept confidential) came to us to build a business plan and an investor presentation. We did a market research to assess the market potential and a competitive benchmarking to get a better idea of what could be expected in terms of movie downloads and subscriptions, depending on the technology penetration in various African countries (3G, 4G, ADSL). We came up with a sales model and apply a cost structure based on agreements with local partners and large studios. Based on that, we competely review the initial investor presentation drafted by our client and added all the "must" that investors would expect in this type of presentation. We finally design a teaser for our client, based on which they could start their fund raising efforts.
